Scaled a home-care franchise from $1M to $3M+ by building its digital acquisition, SEO, and hiring systems.


This project focused on transforming a family-run home-care franchise into a scalable local powerhouse. I built the full digital acquisition engine—website, SEO foundation, paid funnels, and inbound automation—while also leading hiring ads and operational systems that supported growth from ~$1M to $3M+ in annual revenue.
The work included rebuilding the website for conversions, creating localized SEO content for competitive medical keywords, launching job recruitment funnels to solve staffing constraints, and building automated lead nurturing for families seeking care.
I partnered directly with leadership to design internal systems across marketing, hiring, and operations, giving them the structure and visibility needed to scale predictably.
Interim needed a predictable way to generate both clients and caregivers. Competition was rising, local SEO was underdeveloped, and staffing shortages limited their ability to take on new cases. They also lacked automated systems for inbound leads, follow-up, and recruiting.

We rebuilt the entire customer and talent acquisition flow—new website, SEO content strategy, paid search campaigns, caregiver recruitment funnels, Google reviews flywheel, and inbound automations. I also created internal dashboards and assisted with operational workflows across departments.
